NEW THIS JUNE:  Fusion 45 Mondays and Fridays @ 9:15 AM.  A little cardio mixed with weight training and core.  Get ready to sweat!

June 5th starts “LIFT”  A 2 phase 12 week strength Training Program based on progressive overload.  Mondays & Fridays OR Thursdays & Saturdays.  Contact Wendy Henson, YMCA Personal Trainer, for more details.

An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Sunday and Friday, repeating until May 14, 2023

An event every week that begins at 4:00 pm on Friday, repeating until May 19, 2023

An event every week that begins at 8:00 am on Saturday, repeating until May 20, 2023

An event every week that begins at 1:00 pm on Sunday, repeating until May 21, 2023

Training Dates:

Friday May 12th 4:00-8:00 PM, Saturday May 13th 9:00 – 5:00 PM and Sunday May 14th 1-5 PM

Or

Friday May 19th 4:00-8:00 PM, Saturday May 20th 9:00 – 5:00 PM and Sunday May 21st 1-5 PM

Must attend all days of selected session.  Prerequisite work must be completed prior to 1st day of class.

Class Fee:

$250  with partial reimbursement if hired by YMCA.
