Teen Weight Room Training

An event every week that begins at 3:45 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until October 29, 2020
Jake Norton, YMCA personal trainer, will create a workout program to assist this small group of pre-teens/teens in gaining strength and endurance while teaching proper weight training techniques. Program is for YMCA members only. Registration is required.
