Flag football registration will begin AUGUST 1st!  Flag football is for kids 3 years to 5th grade (must turn 4 by October 2022).

Teen weight room training, for kids 10-14 years of age,  Mondays and Thursdays 3:45 -4:15 PM. 

FREE pilates reformer demo class, for members AND nonmembers, Thursdays @ 5:30 PM.  Sign up to save your spot.

Swim Team Prep Class

An event every week that begins at 3:45 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until September 8, 2022

Prepare for the fall/winter swim season by working on your strokes in our NEW Swim Team Prep Class – Stroke Refinement for swimmers 7 – 12 years old.

Two Sessions:  Tuesday, August 16 – Thursday, September 8th and Tuesday, September 13th – Thursday, October 6th.

There will be 2 session times:  3:45-4:30 PM and 4:45 – 5:30 PM

Session fee:  $80 for members and $130 for nonmembers per session.

*participation in swim prep class does not guarantee a spot on the Ardmore Family YMCA swim team.
