NEW THIS JUNE:  Fusion 45 Mondays and Fridays @ 9:15 AM.  A little cardio mixed with weight training and core.  Get ready to sweat!

June 5th starts “LIFT”  A 2 phase 12 week strength Training Program based on progressive overload.  Mondays & Fridays OR Thursdays & Saturdays.  Contact Wendy Henson, YMCA Personal Trainer, for more details.

Intro to Strokes

An event every week that begins at 6:00 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until May 25, 2023

Swimmers are introduced to the four competitive swim strokes as well as rescue skills and healthy lifestyle habits.

Taught by Brooklynn, certified swim coach and YMCA swim instructor, your child will be on the right path for improved swim techniques.

$40 for members and $60 for nonmembers.

Tuesdays and Thursdays 6:00-6:30 PM in the large pool

Classes begin Tuesday, May 16th
