NEW THIS JUNE:  Fusion 45 Mondays and Fridays @ 9:15 AM.  A little cardio mixed with weight training and core.  Get ready to sweat!

June 5th starts “LIFT”  A 2 phase 12 week strength Training Program based on progressive overload.  Mondays & Fridays OR Thursdays & Saturdays.  Contact Wendy Henson, YMCA Personal Trainer, for more details.

An event every week that begins at 3:45 pm on Monday and Thursday, repeating until April 27, 2023

Free for members 10-14 years of age.

Train with personal trainer, Jake Norton, on proper form and weight training safety all while having fun in the weight room and gym.

Limited is space.
