Teen weight room training, for kids 10-14 years of age,  Mondays and Thursdays 3:45 -4:15 PM. 

Swim Team Prep Tuesdays and Thursdays 3:45-4:30 PM and 4:45-5:30 PM.  For kids 7-12 years of age.
