Women’s Self-Defense registration

YOU are more powerful than you think! WOMEN’S Self-Defense class instructed by Sergeants Kropp and Eller, senior veterans of the Ardmore Police Department with backgrounds in the martial arts.

Saturday, April 19th 8:30-10:30 AM

For women ages 16+ $50 per person

Hosted by the Ardmore Family YMCA, this class will cover surrounding awareness, fighting stances, recovering from falls, basic strikes with punches, elbows and knees, defense against sharp objects, and more.  Sponsored by Exception Community Hospital
