An event every week that begins at 4:15 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until December 29, 2026

A structured, supervised training program designed for kids 10-14 years old to improve physical capabilities, build movement literacy, and prevent injury, rather than just building muscle mass. It combines resistance training (strength) with cardiovascular and athletic drills (conditioning) to boost performance in daily life and sports
Mari and Jake make physical fitness fun. This class if perfect for every fitness level from beginner to advance.
