NEW THIS JUNE:  Fusion 45 Mondays and Fridays @ 9:15 AM.  A little cardio mixed with weight training and core.  Get ready to sweat!

Swim Lessons: Session 1

An event every week that begins at 12:00 am on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, repeating until June 15, 2023

Session 1:  June 5-15th
8:30 AM Safety Around Water with Madalyne
12:30 PM Level 1&2 with Emma
12:30 PM Safety Around Water with Elena
4:30 PM Level 1&2 with Elena
6:30 PM Level 3 with Madalyne

Safety Around Water (ages 3-5)

Students learn personal water safety and achieve basic swimming competency by learning two benchmark skills:  1)  Swim, float, swim and  2) Jump, push, turn, grab.

Swim Basics:  Level 1-3 (ages 6+)

Basic swimming competency by learning two benchmark skills:  (1)  Swim, float, swim—sequencing front glide, roll, back float, roll, front glide, and exit.  (2)  Jump, push, turn, grab.

Strokes:  Level 4-6 (ages 6+)

Swimmers are introduced to the four competitive swimming strokes as well as rescue skills and healthy lifestyle habits.

$50 for members

$70 for nonmembers
