Get ready for SUMMER!  Register now for Summer Kids Club.  Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – Noon.

NEW THIS JUNE:  Fusion 45 Mondays and Fridays @ 9:15 AM.  A little cardio mixed with weight training and core.  Get ready to sweat!

June 5th starts “LIFT”  A 2 phase 12 week strength Training Program based on progressive overload.  Mondays & Fridays OR Thursdays & Saturdays.  Contact Wendy Henson, YMCA Personal Trainer, for more details.

Summer Kids Club

June 5 @ 9:00 am - July 28 @ 12:00 pm

Supervised gym and pool play, Summer Kids Club is designed for kids 5 to 11 years old.

Days:  Monday – Friday

Time:  9:00 AM to Noon

Dates:  Monday, June 5th – Friday, July 28th

Swim tests will be administered to every child prior to their first day in the pool.  Children who do not pass the swim test will be required to bring coast guard approved lifejackets to be permitted in the pool.
