Get ready for SUMMER!  Register now for Summer Kids Club.  Monday – Friday 9:00 AM – Noon.

NEW THIS JUNE:  Fusion 45 Mondays and Fridays @ 9:15 AM.  A little cardio mixed with weight training and core.  Get ready to sweat!

June 5th starts “LIFT”  A 2 phase 12 week strength Training Program based on progressive overload.  Mondays & Fridays OR Thursdays & Saturdays.  Contact Wendy Henson, YMCA Personal Trainer, for more details.

Mommy (Daddy) & Me:  10:45 AM – 11:15 AM

Safety Around Water:  11:30 AM – 12:00 PM and 6:15 PM – 6:45 PM

Level 3:  6:15 PM – 6:45 PM

Level 2 & Level 3:  7:00 PM – 7:30 PM

LARGE POOL

Level 4-6:  6:15 Pm – 6:45 PM and 7:00 PM – 7:30 PM
