Welcome to 2026!  Time to join a boot camp.  Teens:  Boot Camp with Mari Tuesday/Thursday 4:15 – 5:00 PM Adults:  Boot Camp with Jake Tuesday/Thursday 5:30-6:15 PM.  Register at the Y front desk. 

Welcome Maddyposa Yoga on Saturday, January 17th @ 10:00 AM.  Free for members and just a $12 day pass for nonmembers.

Taekwondo is back in 2026.  For ages 4 to adult.  Register at the Y front desk.

Join a CEREMONY class by signing up at the front desk.  For class times and details, go to Happening NOW! You can also pick up the key to the WELL to at the front desk and enjoy your own workout.  

Free CPR and AED training on Wednesday, January 21st 5:00 – 7:00 PM.  Register at the Y front desk.  Space is limited.

Small Group Boot Camp

An event every week that begins at 5:30 pm on Tuesday and Thursday, repeating until February 23, 2023

Ardmore Family YMCA Personal Trainer, Amy Heller, will lead this members only small group boot camp through a whole body workout designed to increase strength, improve endurance and burn calories.  Most importantly though, you’ll have fun!

January 17th—February 23rd

Tuesdays and Thursdays

5:30 PM—6:15 PM : Max 8 people
