NEW THIS JUNE:  Fusion 45 Mondays and Fridays @ 9:15 AM.  A little cardio mixed with weight training and core.  Get ready to sweat!

June 5th starts “LIFT”  A 2 phase 12 week strength Training Program based on progressive overload.  Mondays & Fridays OR Thursdays & Saturdays.  Contact Wendy Henson, YMCA Personal Trainer, for more details.

Mommy/Daddy and Me

An event every week that begins at 11:00 am on Monday and Wednesday, repeating until May 24, 2023

Accompanied by a parent, infants and toddlers learn to be comfortable in the water and develop swim readiness skills through fun and confidence-building experiences, while parents learn about water safety, drowning prevention, and the importance of supervision.

Mommy and me classes are designed for infants and toddlers 6 months to 3 years.

$40 for members and $60 for nonmembers

This session will be Mondays and Wednesdays @ 11:00 AM in the warm water pool.  Classes will begin Monday, May 15th and end Wednesday, May 24th.
