Lunch and Learn – Fall Prevention

September is Fall Prevention Awareness and in recognition the Ardmore Family YMCA has invited Amy Thompson, Physical Therapist and Owner of Excel Therapy to address our group regarding the importance of good form and staying active to prevent falling.

Potluck lunch begins at 11:30 am and Ms. Thompson will address the group at Noon.

Free to the public.
