NEW THIS JUNE:  Fusion 45 Mondays and Fridays @ 9:15 AM.  A little cardio mixed with weight training and core.  Get ready to sweat!

June 5th starts “LIFT”  A 2 phase 12 week strength Training Program based on progressive overload.  Mondays & Fridays OR Thursdays & Saturdays.  Contact Wendy Henson, YMCA Personal Trainer, for more details.

Kids  Cardio

We’ll get your child’s heart rate up, help them reduce anxiety and stress, all while having fun with this energetic cardio class.  They’ll build endurance, balance, and coordination with a variety of cardio activities, such as body attack, kid’s combat and a  little martial arts, all set to high energetic music.   For kids 6 to 12 years old.
