Les Mills Ceremony is a 45-minute circuit training style class that combines strength, cardio and agility exercises. It improves strength and cardiovascular fitness, increases agility and coordination, challenges multiple muscle groups, and provides a fun and motivating workout experience.
There are 8 stations, each featuring a different exercise that targets a specific muscle group or movement pattern. Exercises may include bodyweight exercises, resistance band exercises, plyometric exercises, and more.
Ceremony in the WELL is designed to be challenging but adaptable to different fitness levels.
Ceremony in the WELL is $5 per class for members and $5 per class for nonmembers plus a day pass.
