3rd Annual “On Course for a Cause” Golf Tournament

September 6 @ 7:00 am - 12:00 pm

Third annual Golf Tournament – four person scramble to benefit programs at the Ardmore Family YMCA at Lakeview Golf Club.  Saturday, September 6th.  Check-in at 7:00 AM with a 8:00 AM Shotgun Start.

Prizes, raffles and more.  Breakfast included in registration fee.

Registration and fees:

$300 per team registration

Registration and hole sponsorship forms available here

Raffle Tickets: $1 each or 3 for $5

Mulligans (second chance shot): $5 each with a maximum of 3 per player

String (extension for a putt on the green): $5 per foot with a maximum of 3 feet per team.

Cash prizes for closest to the hole and longest drive, male and female.

Sponsorships:

$100 past hole sponsorship

$125 NEW hole sponsorship
