SUMMARY:3rd Annual "On Course for a Cause" Golf Tournament
DESCRIPTION:Third annual Golf Tournament – four person scramble to benefit programs at the Ardmore Family YMCA at Lakeview Golf Club.  Saturday\, September 6th.  Check-in at 7:00 AM with a 8:00 AM Shotgun Start. \nPrizes\, raffles and more.  Breakfast included in registration fee. \nRegistration and fees: \n$300 per team registration \nRegistration and hole sponsorship forms available here \nRaffle Tickets: $1 each or 3 for $5 \nMulligans (second chance shot): $5 each with a maximum of 3 per player \nString (extension for a putt on the green): $5 per foot with a maximum of 3 feet per team. \nCash prizes for closest to the hole and longest drive\, male and female. \nSponsorships: \n$100 past hole sponsorship \n$125 NEW hole sponsorship \nFor more information or to submit your team\, contact Baylie Ingram at 580-222-3704 or email accounting5287@yahoo.com
