The YMCA Movement is about people - all ages, races, religions and incomes. YMCAs help mold the kind of people who care about one another, who are firm in their own sense of self worth and that of others, who try to foster understanding and respect, who maintain faith, who take responsibility for their lives and help improve the lives of others. The YMCA reinforces these values in every program and service.

The YMCA offers an indoor heated swimming pool, two racquetball courts, two basketball gyms, an indoor running or walking track, free weights, daily aerobic classes, nautilus equipment, youth strength training equipment, virtual spin room,  steam room, sauna, private lockers, locker rooms, and personal trainers.

  Thought for the Week
