The Ardmore Family YMCA is for everyone - it strengthens families, nurtures the healthy development of children and encourages positive behavior in teens.  The Ardmore YMCA is an association of caring people working for the common good of the community.  For over 150 years, the YMCA has been a pioneering force in the United States.  The YMCA has invented sports, developed ideas and organizations, and introduced a movement that would change the world forever.

The YMCA Movement is about people - all ages, races, religions and incomes.  YMCAs help mold the kind of people who care about one another, who are firm in their own sense of self worth and that of others, who try to foster understanding and respect, who maintain faith, who take responsibility for their lives and help improve the lives of others.  The YMCA reinforces these values in every program and service.

The Ardmore Family YMCA offers an indoor heated swimming pool, two racquetball courts, two basketball gyms, an indoor running or walking track, free weights, daily land and water aerobics classes, nautilus equipment, youth programs, virtual spinning room, steam room, sauna, private lockers, locker rooms, and fitness trainers.
